I’m upping the water game.
I cut out drinking soda a while back. Diet soda, more specifically. The chemicals in it were making me jittery and I got random headaches too.
So now, I’m pretty much down to tea, water, and some juice.
A friend had told me a while back about making fruit waters and how beneficial they would be for me. There was a point where at work I was bringing in a water bottle full of either sliced lemons, limes, and/or oranges.
But right now I’m back to good ol’ lemon water.
And after doing some research, I found there are some pretty darn good benefits to drinking the simple concoction too:

- Helps Clear Your Skin
- Boosts Immune System
- Helps You Lose Weight
