Fall is FINALLY rolling around in Central Ohio, and with that comes warm and comforting foods.  Chili, stews, and soups are some of my favorite things to eat on a crisp day, not to mention the beneficial bone broth they all include.

Potatoes are controversial in the Paleo sphere (yes, a vegetable is a source of controversy!), but these were dug from my parent’s backyard so we are making an exception!  Feel free to leave them out or substitute sweet potatoes if you are so inclined.  As always, higher quality ingredients are ideal (grass fed beef, organic produce) but I am a firm believer that meat + veggies of any kind, trumps a sandwich or mac and cheese, so don’t let those pricey ingredients deter you from a wholesome meal!
